INGREDIENTS:

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil or more as needed

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Clean, dry, and slice the Brussels sprouts in half.

  2. Toss in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down into a shallow pan over medium heat.

  4. When Brussels sprouts are tender, drizzle maple syrup and balsamic vinegar over the top and keep over low heat for 1-2 minutes for the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar to caramelize.

  5. Top with some flaky salt if desired before serving.
