Ingredients:
1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped
Edible flowers (such as nasturtium, calendula, lavender, pansies, or marigolds)
4 ounces goat cheese

Items in bold are produced locally and can be bought at the PFC or markets

Finely chop herbs and edible flowers.  Reserve some flower petals for decoration.  Mix goat cheese with chopped herbs and flowers until well combined.  Shape goat cheese into a log and decorate with flower petals.  Serve with your favorite crackers or sliced bread.
