A sweet and creamy dairy free ice cream
Serves two 


1 ½ cup fresh strawberries, stems removed
1 ½ cup frozen banana pieces
1/3 cup coconut cream

Items in bold are produced locally and can be bought at the PFC or markets

Chill a can of coconut milk for at least two hours to separate coconut cream and liquid.  When ready, scoop out solidified cream. (The liquid can be saved for smoothies, sauces, etc.)  Combine strawberries, bananas, and coconut cream in food processor.  Blend until smooth.  Serve immediately or store in the freezer.  If refreezing, let thaw for 10-15 minutes before serving.
