community booths

Our Community Booth is one stall, free of charge, that we offer to organizations seeking to share information with Market shoppers. Organizations must apply to use this space. We prioritize organizations that support our mission, local food initiatives, healthy living, and sustainability, although we host organizations that work in all sorts of areas.

Community Booth Rules & Guidelines

  • We do not allow organizations or individuals to distribute materials, solicit, collect signatures, or otherwise set up at the Market without an approved application.

  • On their scheduled day, Community Booth organizations may provide shoppers with information or free items, or collect sign-ups while at the Market.

  • Organizations at community booths may not sell anything at the Market. If you are looking to sell at the Market, please visit our Vendor Application page.

  • 10’x10’ tents/pop-up canopies are permitted. You must have 25 lb. weights for each tent leg to properly secure your tent. If not, you may be asked to take your tent down.

  • Folks staffing Community Booths must park in designated Vendor Parking in the outer parking lot (NOT in any spots adjacent to the market pavilion, as those are reserved by specific vendors). Parking in the correct area helps ensure close parking for Market shoppers.

  • Unless alternative arrangements have been made prior to Market day, you are expected to occupy the Community Booth on your scheduled day from Market open to close. Space and/or table may be forfeited if you are late without notifying the Market Manager beforehand.

  • Folks staffing Community Booths must abide by all other Market Rules & Guidelines.
