INGREDIENTS:
1½ tbsp olive oil or more as needed
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 tbsp maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Clean, dry, and slice the Brussels sprouts in half.
Toss in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place Brussels sprouts cut-side down into a shallow pan over medium heat.
When Brussels sprouts are tender, drizzle maple syrup and balsamic vinegar over the top and keep over low heat for 1-2 minutes for the maple syrup and balsamic vinegar to caramelize.
Top with some flaky salt if desired before serving.
