Recipe From: Hristina Petrovska, KVCC


4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
6 medium cucmbers
1 quart of plain yogurt
few sprigs of dill (optional)


  1. Peel and coarsely chop garlic; place in a big mixing bowl.

  2. Add salt and smash the garlic with a pestle. If pestle is not available chop finely.

  3. Finely chop cucumbers and add to bowl with garlic.

  4. Add the yogurt and oil, and mix really well.

  5. If desired, top it off with finely chopped dill.
