Recipe From: KVCC
Ingredients:
½ pound of green beans
½ cup Honey
½ cup extra virgin olive oil (or other oil of choice)
½ cup rice wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Make the vinaigrette. Whisk together honey, olive oil, rice wine vinegar, salt and pepper. 
- Wash the green beans, then trim the stems. If desired, cut the beans in half. 
- Smash the green beans. EASIER: Place beans in large zip lock bag, squeeze our air and seal. EASY: Please beans between two layers of parchment paper. Smash them with a rolling pin, mallet, or anything else that won’t break. They should be smashed but still resemble green beans. 
- Toss the smashed beans with vinaigrette. Add it slowly- you may not need it all.
