1 Bunch Swiss Chard

2-3 Green Garlic Stalks

1-2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste


    1. Remove chard greens from stem, coarsely chop or slice green leaves

    2. Finely chop chard stems

    3. Remove roots from green garlic and finely chop

    4. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat

    5. Add chard stems and garlic to hot pan, sauté for 1-2 minutes

    6. Add chard leaves, continuing to cook for 2-3 minutes

    7. Season with salt and pepper to taste
