Asparagus, nameko mushrooms, purple and green lettuce, chard (check out that color!), pea shoots, radishes, turnips, spinach. Not pictured- ground beef and frozen biscuits.
Meal Ideas: sweet potato crust and chard quiche, sautéed mushrooms and eggs, microgreen pesto, turnip and radish slaw, salads with chicken and hardboiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches.
Don't forget to start blanching and freezing asparagus for the winter months. It'll be gone soon!
