1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup yogurt
Generous pinch of cinnamon
Fresh fruit such as cherries, blueberries, or raspberries
Items in bold are produced locally and can be bought at the PFC or markets
Mix oats, milk, yogurt and cinnamon until well combined. Layer oat mixture with fresh fruit in a jar and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning. Can be served warm or cold.
