INGREDIENTS:
2 cups quartered Radishes
1 cup diced Apples
1 TBSP Olive Oil
3 - 4 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Saute radishes in olive oil until tender.
Add diced apples and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Salt to taste.
Finish with chives or herbs of choice.
