Recipe From: KVCC

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups quartered radishes
1 cup diced apples
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 - 4 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Saute radishes in olive oil until tender.

  2. Add diced apples and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Salt to taste.

  4. Finish with chives or herbs of choice.
