Sauteed Local Radish & Apple samples on plates, served at the Kalamazoo Farmers Market

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups quartered Radishes

  • 1 cup diced Apples

  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil

  • 3 - 4 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Saute radishes in olive oil until tender.

  2. Add diced apples and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  3. Salt to taste.

  4. Finish with chives or herbs of choice.
