Recipe From: MSU Extension

Ingredients:

2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
coarse salt
15 medium radishes

Directions:

  1. Thinly slice radishes.

  2. Stir together other ingredients in a medium bowl. Add radishes, and stir to combine.

  3. Let stand for 30 minutes in order to “pickle”. Use immediately or refrigerate.

Notes:

You can pickle most fruits and vegetables using this method. Try switching up the vegetables and vinegar’s, or adding herbs for a different combination.
